Great podcast, for kids and adults!
My 4 1/2 year old LOVES this podcast. It’s the only thing that he’ll sit down and listen to. He loves learning different facts from this show, and so do I. Explains things in simple terms, but not in an annoyingly dumbed-down way.

Bedtime game changer!
I have two busy boys ( 5 and 10 years old) and they currently share a bedroom which was making the winding down/bedtime routine hectic. My 10 year old was also recently diagnosed with ADHD and had a difficult time falling and staying asleep for over a year. This show changed everything! They listen to all the sleep tight media shows and love them. Sleep tight media is the ultimate guilt free parenting hack!
